Recycling with Succulants

I recently was "sucked" in by the beauty of Succulents. I thought it only proper to recycle vintage items to use as new homes for these beauties. 

I snapped this pic at a The Home Depot. 

I picked up special potting mix for cacti and succulants, along with river rocks for drainage. I grabbed some cute, vintage containers from the shop today, along with some succulents from The Home Depot.

With Margaret's help, we added rocks on the bottom, then soil, and the plants.

 Seriously.....how easy is this?!

Quick, easy, and so adorable!

I'm hooked on succulants now! Soon I'll be making more terriaumns for the shop too. Stay tuned.....and stay warm! Brrrrr it's cold here in Chicago!  Julie
