Versailles

Front and center at the shop this week is an old dresser I recently painted.  I used Versailles Chalk Paint ®. It turned out beautiful. 

Isn't she a beauty?!  I just love her! The addition of dark wax really made her personality shine.

I also gave her a slight tatter along the edges.

We kept the original knobs.  I have always liked this style, but nice crystal knobs would look great too.

I sometimes have a hard time getting my sides to "match" when I use the dark wax.  But remember, you are your own worst critic!  All in all she turned out perfect.
